There are two nearby airports - Bradley International Airport (BDL) and Westchester County Airport (HPN). We would suggest flying into Bradley, as it's the closest to the venue and the largest of the two.

Yes! Parking is available for hotel guests and those driving themselves to the venue.

Yes! There is a shuttle that will take guests staying at The Double Tree by Hilton in Bristol, CT to The Litchfield Inn for the ceremony. There will be two shuttles back to The Double Tree by Hilton - One after the reception has concluded, and the other at the end of the after party.

The Double Tree by Hilton's check-in time is 4:00 PM. They cannot guarantee early check-in, but welcome you to call on the day of arrival to see if you can check-in early. If you’re arriving to the hotel on November 1st before the ceremony to utilize the shuttle, which leaves at 3:00 PM, we recommend requesting early check-in or having the hotel hold your belongings until you can check-in later.

At The Litchfield Inn, breakfast is provided to guests staying on property. The Double Tree by Hilton also serves breakfast to its guests, but for a small fee.

We are having an 18+ wedding and unable to accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jordan or Jenna.

Guests should wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail or floor-length dress, dressy separates or a blazer or suit jacket with a tie. We kindly ask that all guests with dresses avoid wearing the colors white, ivory, and champagne, and guests wearing suits avoid wearing the color green. In addition, if weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on the lawn behind The Litchfield Inn. Closed-toed shoes or block heels are recommended for your comfort and safety.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony - in other words, all phones/devices must be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We hired professionals to take photos during the event, and we promise to share them with you after the wedding.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting), and the reception will be inside.

Yes - The after party will be from 10:00 PM-12:00 AM in The Gathering Room at The Litchfield Inn. For guests staying at The Double Tree by Hilton, the shuttle will depart The Litchfield Inn at midnight to bring you back to your hotel.
