Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 1 (800) 774-1500 and mentioning JONKE/MUNZ WEDDING or going to the hotel's website and using the group code "JMW" under the special rates tab (Both the above dates and code must be entered)

Please note: The Double Tree by Hilton's check-in time is 4:00 PM. They cannot guarantee early check-in, but welcome you to call on the day of arrival to see if you can check-in early. If you’re arriving to the hotel on November 1st before the ceremony to utilize the shuttle, which leaves at 3:00 PM, we recommend requesting early check-in or having the hotel hold your belongings until you can check-in later.
