In 2019, both of us new to Rochester, MN, destiny brought us together at our apartment complex. Our story unfolded with a twist of fate - love at first site, or so it seemed for one of us. Austin and I met at our apartments monthly pool party, the same weekend I moved into my apartment, Austin had moved in about 2 weeks before this. Austin tried everything he could to get my attention but I was oblivious to it at the time. He finally got the courage to come talk to me and we immediately became friends, quickly spending all of our time together in Rochester. It didn’t take long for us to fall for each other and start dating.

Thank you, Rochester - or should I say Mayo Clinic, for bringing us together! For those that don’t know, Austin was dared to apply to Mayo Clinic for a nursing position while in school at the University of Central Arkansas, where he is from. He never thought about moving his life to Minnesota or think he could get into the number one hospital in the country, but he did!

Now here we are, living out our love story in Dodge Center, MN with our two fur babies, Nala and George. We can’t wait to get married in 2024!
