The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:25pm to be ready and seated by ceremony start time.

We would love to see our friends and family get dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal to formal attire.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

You’re in luck! Both the ceremony and reception are located at the Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area. There will be signage in the main lobby area of the Hilton directing you on where to go for the ceremony and further signage to direct you to the reception area.

Yes! We are hoping for the ceremony to be held on the terrace at The Hilton. Please keep in mind that it could be a little windier up on the terrace than down on ground level. If there are any weather restrictions or it is too windy, the ceremony will be moved inside. The reception will be held inside.

Yes! We have a block right at The Hilton, where the ceremony and reception are being held. Please refer to the Travel/Transportation tab on our wedding website for the link to book your room under the block.

There are multiple ramps located around downtown Rochester. Please reference the Travel/Transportation tab on our wedding website for a link that directs you right to a website to tell you the location of each ramp. If you are staying at the Hilton, there is a ramp attached but please be aware that it is $16 per night.
