**Rooms will not be charged in full to the credit card on the reservation until 9/24/2025, and will become non-refundable at that time.

We encourage you to shop around for the most convenient and affordable accommodations. You can always meet in the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot to catch the shuttle to the venue. You can also take Uber, Lyft, or drive to the venue.

There is a parking lot available at the venue, and cars can be left overnight as long as you return for them the following morning on Friday, October 3rd, after 7:30 am but before 9:00 am.
