Cocktail attire is encouraged. Mountain Classy if you so desire. Please note that the ceremony is being held outside on the grass in early October, so it is a good idea to bring layers or a jacket. The reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor patio.

Yes! There is parking available at the venue. Guests may even leave vehicles overnight in a designated parking space, but should return for them the following morning, after 7:30am but before 9:00am.

Yes! We will have a shuttle pickup and drop off at the Hilton Garden Inn of Longmont (where we also have the hotel block available). The shuttle will be picking up around 3 pm and departing the venue around 10 pm.

There will be an open bar with plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. There will be appetizers during cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner at 6:00 pm catered by The Post (YUM!). There will also be cake and coffee. Please be sure to list any dietary restrictions within your RSVP.

Yes, all of the family members that were listed on your invitation are welcome! Please note that if you do bring small children, you will need to accompany them at all times because there is a 25 foot deep unfenced pond near the ceremony and reception site.

You can fly into Denver International Airport (DIA). Getting to Longmont from DIA is simple with several transportation options. You can take the RTD A Line train to Union Station, then transfer to the LD bus to Longmont. There are also shuttle services that run directly from DIA to Longmont with advance booking. Yes! After the reception, the shuttle will make a pit stop in downtown Longmont for anyone who wants to keep the celebration going. There are a few great spots open late on Thursday nights that we will try to hit up.
