Dan posted a very carefully worded description of who he was and what he was looking for on a dating site. Jennie saw his pic and thought he was cute and read his profile. It sounded like it was written about her! She saw his pics - one supporting gay rights with colored hair, one in a t-shirt, and one in a pink bunny suit - REALLY! She thought "this guy has personality!" So, she sent him a note.

After chatting for a couple of weeks, and Dan doing techy spy stuff to confirm Jennie was a real person, he asked her for a first date. They met and there was clearly a spark in the first few minutes. They met in 2020 so they risked their lives (COVID) to meet each other!!

After that date, hiking, kayaking, and other adventures came quickly. Dan and Jennie met each other's kids and enjoy watching them all get along - playing games, talking about music, Dr. Who, and Rubik's cubes.

Two years in, Dan surprised Jennie with an unexpected proposal of marriage.....So, here we are and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
