The names of those on the invitation and on the RSVP list are the only guests who are invited, and this does include children. Sorry, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests due to venue restrictions.

Gifts are greatly appreciated, but not required. Because we have been living together for quite some time and we have everything we need for our home, we would prefer monetary presentation in lieu of gifts.

Our ceremony will be unplugged. All personal electronic devices must be turned off and kept out of view, including cameras. We have professional photographers who will capture the ceremony from every angle. After the ceremony, feel free to take your own photos while being mindful of professional photographers. Please refrain from taking your own photos of groups who are being photographed by the photographer as this creates a distraction. We will be sure to share our professional photos with everyone after the wedding, and we would love it if you shared yours with us!

The wedding is at Hawthorn Estates. The address is 76024 Rd 33 E, East Selkirk, Manitoba R0E 0M0. The venue is private and secluded, on farm land in the country, down a gravel road.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside, with no shade. We have a covered ceremony space in case of rain. The reception will be inside the air conditioned venue. Guests may enjoy the outdoor space during the reception as well.

Our caterer is King Cole. Everything is gluten free and we will have vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. We will have appetizers at cocktail hour, chicken for dinner, and nachos for a late night snack.

Yes, we will have an open bar, provided by the bride's parents. Thanks, Gerry and Erika!

Yes, the venue has a large parking lot. Guests may leave their vehicles overnight, but they must be picked up by 9:00am as there is another wedding happening at the venue the next day.
