The wedding ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. We request that guests arrive no later than 3:15 PM to ensure that everybody has enough time to be seated prior to starting.
Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. Cocktail hour will me a mix of indoors and outdoors. In case of unfortunate weather, all events will be held indoors.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, the venue has valet service for parking convenience.
Where should I fly into?
For those out of state, the closest airport to fly into is Norfolk International Airport (ORF) which is located 17 minutes away from the venue. There is also Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport which is 34 minutes away from our venue. From our research, ORF seems a tad less expensive.
What attire should I wear?
We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal attire, wearing something they feel most comfortable in.
Will transportation be included?
With the majority of our guests traveling from out of town, we are committed to easing their experience by exploring transportation options. We are currently working on securing transportation but haven't finalized any details yet. Please check back at a later date for updates on this matter. Our goal is to ensure everyone can enjoy the night without concerns about getting back to their accommodations.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, drinks will be on us but the hangover will be on you!
Can I bring a plus one?
We wish that we could share this special day with everybody. Due to limited capacity, we are not able to extend plus ones to everybody we like to. However, if you would like to bring a plus one and it is not indicated on your invitation, please text one of us and if there is extra room we would love to make it happen!
