Jenny and I have known each other since we were picking out our names in Kindergarten (we were both Jennifer B- thank you 80s!). She is more like a sister than a best friend. We both can't wait for me to change my last name, so that we will no longer always be tagged in each others posts and given birthday wishes on the other's birthday.
Danielle is my favorite travel companion! We have a love for travel adventures, music concerts, and live theater. She is my go-to whenever I need a plus-one to events that Nick may not have interest in. We both appreciate that Nick will still allow us our random trips, even after the wedding (cough cough London again cough cough).
Fallon and I have been friends since speech tournaments were cool. Okay, they may have never been cool... but we thought they were in the early 2000s. Fallon was even blonde! We have been through it all! She even inspired and guided me into attending Tufts. Even though many miles separate us, I know she is always a phone call away, and we are always able to pick up where we leave off.
Elizabeth has been my sister since I was born! I must say, she is my favorite sister, too. She's been there through all my previous relationships (fails) and has given the thumbs up to Nick, saying, "This one is for real." It's been wonderful having her support and we can't wait to have her be part of our special day.
Michelle is Nick's sister, but her and I have grown closer since we can commiserate over things I learn about her brother that she has had to deal with most of her life. We also have learned a lot about each other during our weekly bar trivia-- i.e. staying away from Journey and Friends in Low Places and excelling in 90s/early 00s music.
Hailey and I worked together and had mutual work trauma in which we attached to each other and just never left each other's sides. Nick and Hailey also have a love/joking hate relationship with each other and he had to get her permission to propose. Since she's been such an integral part of our relationship, it made sense that she would perform our ceremony as well as be one of my girls!
Reese, aka Pickles (by her family), is the daughter of Matron-of-Honor, Jenny, and I've always considered her my niece. She holds a special place in my heart due to her love of the arts. Special Auntie moments I've gotten to share with her include introducing her to new musical theater (Six!, Aladdin), her making drawings for my office, and coloring in my tattoos with markers.
Joe is obviously not a cow, but did not provide picture. He does have many cows, however, and probably prefers this picture over an actual picture of himself, though.
