What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

What will the weather be like this time of year?

March is a lovely time to visit the area. The average temperature 76 F, and there is an average of 5 days of rain. Keep in mind that Florida rain often just means a quick afternoon storm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

We have chosen an indoor/outdoor venue. Our ceremony will take place inside. Cocktail hour will be in the courtyard and the reception will be inside. Please feel free to move about the venue during the reception.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Parking is available at St. Anthony's Hospital free of Charge. St. Anthony’s is directly across M. L. KING Street (to the west) from NOVA. Hours are 5:30 pm to 5:30 am (NO parking before 5:30 pm). Please follow parking signage.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, kids are welcome- as long as they are listed on the invitation.

Can I bring a date?

While we’d love to have your guests attend, we want to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with only immediate friends and family present for our special day. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Please check out the "Travel & Accomodation" tab for additional information on our hotel block.

Do I need to stay at your hotel block?

Nope! However, we have selected our hotel blocks based on location and with you in mind! Please note that St. Petersburg has some not-so-nice (to put it nicely) areas. We recommend researching the location if you decide to book elsewhere.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Our venue is ADA accessible, including a lift to the second floor.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

What is a wedding without an open bar? Food and drink will be provided. We will have light bites at cocktail hour, followed by a delicious wood-fired pizza buffet.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Yes. Please indicate any diet restrictions on your RSVP.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Yes, the Clearwater Jolley Trolley will be providing transportation on a loop between Tru by Hilton, Staybridge Suites and our venue. Transportation service begins at 5PM and terminates at 11:30PM.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

We kindly ask that you do NOT remove any items from the venue.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you do not take any photo or video during our ceremony or post any photos prior to the ceremony ending.
