What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins outside on the lawn at 5:00PM. Please arrive so we can begin the ceremony promptly.

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotel block?

Yes, in the form of a big yellow school bus! The bus will arrive at The Courtyard Andover at 4:00PM for a 4:15PM departure to The Stevens Estate. The return bus will leave the venue after the last song at 10:00PM. Just follow the bride and groom!

I am coming from out of town and/or I want to take the shuttle. Where should I stay?

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard Marriott at a rate of $119 per night. Please reference the *Hudon/Hatch* wedding when reserving your room. You can reserve by calling (978)794-0700 or visiting their website here. Please book by September 9, 2016 to secure this rate. If you need more information, please feel free to call us or email us.

If I plan to drive, where should I park?

Behind The Stevens Estate there is a large parking lot with ample spaces available for all guests.Parking is free.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes

What should I wear?

Wear what makes you comfortable, but if you need guidance, the dress is formal cocktail.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?

There will be a cocktail hour inside The Stevens Estate in the Music Room and Front Function Room. You are also welcome to explore the historic Estate and Grounds.

Will food be served?

Yes. There will be passed hors d'ouvres and a stationary cheese display during the cocktail hour and a New England inspired buffet dinner during the reception.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes. There will be an open bar of carefully selected local craft beer and wine. All cocktail beverages will be cash bar.

Will there be dancing?

Yes, there will be lots of dancing so bring your dancing shoes!

Where is the after party?

The hotel lobby! Actually, we technically can't call it an after party, but there will be a post-wedding "gathering" at The Bistro Bar at the Marriott Courtyard in Andover, MA.
