There will be welcome champagne upon arrival, so arrive early. Recommended arrival is 4:15pm. The ceremony will be promptly starting at 4:30pm.

The ceremony will be outdoors and will last no more than thirty minutes. (If it rains it will be moved inside) The cocktail hour is inside and is air conditioned. There is also a large covered patio space for cocktail hour that has stations and ample seating. The reception is inside and air conditioned.

Yes, there will be a shuttle provided to accommodate all guests to the venue and back. Exact times will be posted in the hotel but it will leave the hotel at approximately 3:50pm. The shuttle will take guests back from Perona Farms to the hotel at 10:00pm.

We have been told Ubers/Lyfts are very very hard to get.

There is silent vegetarian/vegan/gluten free option.
