Check in time is 3:00pm. There will be a shuttle provided to and from the venue. The shuttle will be leaving at approx. 3:45pm. You can try to ask for an earlier check in.

There will be an after party from 10:00pm to 2:00am at the hotel. Food and drinks will be provided

Free breakfast is available the following morning from 6:30am to 9:30am.
