The wedding weekend events will all be adult only. We are happy to recommend local childcare services if needed.

We highly recommend booking your accommodations at Sundance Resort. It will be the central location for the weekend's festivities, easing the travel to and from events during the weekend. Sundance has many different accommodations options to choose from, which will include their new Inn once it is completed. Please keep in mind that Sundance is located in Provo Canyon. The canyon is comprised of narrow and winding roads. Driving at night can be challenging.

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Suit and dress shirt for the men (tie optional, no jeans). Best party dress for the ladies.

Our wedding ceremony will be held at Mandan Summit, which is an on-mountain location at Sundance Resort. To access the ceremony site, guests will ride the ski lift up the mountain. Once to Mandan Summit that is a small inclined walk to the overlook point where the ceremony will be held. We recommend sensible shoes - a wedged heel at most. If a medical condition will prevent you from using the lift, please let us know.

Because Sundance Resort is located up the canyon, there is a slight decrease in temperature compared to the valley. You can expect upper 80's-90's as a high and mid 50's-60's as a low. We recommend checking the local weather before packing for your trip.

At it's highest lift, elevation at Sundance is at 8,200 ft with the base elevation being 6,100 ft. Those guests coming from sea level need to be aware of the elevation change and plan accordingly. Please stay hydrated. Alcohol won't metabolize as quickly to pace yourself and drink lots of water.
