Both the wedding ceremony and reception take place at City Winery Chicago.

City Winery is a restaurant, concert venue, and private events space with an on-site urban winery.

1200 West Randolph Street, Chicago, Illinois 60607. Do not confuse it with City Winery Riverwalk Wine Garden (a satellite location of the main venue). If you are standing next to the Chicago River you are in the wrong spot.

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early so you can mingle, enjoy a glass of sparkling wine, and grab a good seat.

Ceremony 5:30–6:00 PM. Cocktail Hour 6:00–7:00 PM. Reception 7:00–11:30 PM.

The ceremony will take place outside in the wine garden patio, weather permitting. The reception will be inside in the concert hall.

The weather in Chicago in September is very pleasant. The average temperature for early September is 71° F / 22° C.

Yes! While the reception ends at 11:30 PM, please feel free to join us afterward at the lobby bar of the Hyatt House West Loop.

City Winery is located a short walk or Uber/Lyft ride from many hotels in the West Loop or downtown Chicago areas.

We have a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Downtown Chicago / West Loop. See the Travel page for more information. But please feel free to stay at any nearby hotel. There are plenty of hotels in downtown Chicago or the West Loop area. All are a short drive or 10-20 minute walk to the wedding venue. A few popular hotels are listed on the Travel page. Airbnb is also an option.

We recommend walking or taking an Uber or Lyft. However, for those driving there is valet parking available for $16. You can also reserve parking at nearby lots using SpotHero or ParkWhiz. Additionally, there is metered and non-metered parking all along Randolph Street, but it can be pretty full on the weekends.
