The bride and groom ask that each guest refers to the specified names on each invitation. If you would like to bring someone extra, please contact the bride and/or groom and the extra guest will be Wait listed.

Children are allowed at the wedding. The bride and groom love children!! They are aware that it may be hard to get childcare. Please be sure that if your child is invited, they are kept quiet during the ceremony. You may take them out of the room if needed.

Each guest will have to organize personal transportation to the reception hall. You may carpool if you'd like. There is a 10 minute drive from Gateway Church to Grand Oaks.

Gateway church has ample space for everyone to park in the parking lot! Following the ceremony, we advise guests to leave the church at a good time to get parking. There is valet parking at Grand oaks! As you enter, you will see a small parking lot to your left, and a second parking lot in front of the main building.

The bride and groom ask that all guests put their phones on silent and focus their attention on the ceremony. They have hired a professional photographer and videographer. There will be plenty of beautiful pictures and video! The photos will be shared a few weeks after the wedding along with a highlight reel!
