Five Daughters Bakery
A Nashville favorite, and home to the 100 layer  croissant donut! If you have never been to Nashville, definitely check out one of their many locations! I love the “Purist” donut, while Jermey likes the donut with Maple and Bacon!

Up Down Arcade Bar

This is a bar (21 +) but if you are an 80s or 90s kid or love video games this is the spot to visit in East Nashville! My favorite part was being able to play Nintendo 64 on a big screen. There are so many classic arcade games, different levels, and sections that make this place unique and fun to visit!
Tennessee State Museum

This FREE museum take you through Tennessee’s entire history! It is kid friendly, and interactive! After you explore the museum, we suggest you take a short walk to the Nashville Farmer’s market for shopping and food, or walk around Bicentennial Park!
Nashville Palace- Line Dancing

When in Nashville…you should learn how to line dance! This was such a fun experience, and we even got an hour free lesson! Before or after you can visit the Opryland Hotel, The Grand Old Opry, Opry Mills Mall, or if you have an extra day- take a river cruise on the General Jackson showboat!

Downtown Franklin
If you are coming up from Alabama, or are looking for something to do outside of Nashville- just 30 minutes south of Nashville off I-65, visit Franklin, TN! Name the #1 small town in America(yes, some hallmark movies-country music, and Justin beiber’s under the mistletoe were filmed here! There are many great places to eat and shop, and explore the civil war history of the battle of Franklin.
If you have girls who love American Girl- visit the American Girl doll store in Cool Springs Mall! They also have a store in the mall that makes custom cotton candy!

Located in the Marriott Courtyard by Printers Alley in downtown Nashville. We have come here many times to watch our friend Ryan play with his Jazz band! They also have great food and drinks, and validate parking.
