This will be a Casual Cocktail Attire event. We suggest elegant yet comfortable. Please do not wear jeans, t-shirts or tennis shoes. Please refrain from wearing white colors or colors that closely resemble white.

We have identified two hotel options under the travel tab of this website. Please note that there are room blocks for both hotels and book at your earliest convenience. Hyatt Booking Deadline for Group rate: May 27th. Drury Inn Deadline for Group rate: May 7th. Please note that we strongly recommend choosing from the preferred hotels listed under the travel tab. If you do not wish to stay overnight, please plan responsibly in consideration of your commute and alcohol intake.

Invitations will be sent out no later than April 2024 Invitations will be sent through text message. Please refrain from promoting or sharing your invitation with others as there is a chance that they may not receive an invitation. Please also remember you may not add or change your plus one.

Torchia and Jerrett have worked hard on a limited and intentional guest list. Unfortunally, you may not bring a plus one unless specifically outlined in your invitation. If for any reason the plus one that was included on your invitation cannot make it, please RSVP for yourself only. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

At this time Jerrett and Torchia have opted not to allow children at the wedding or reception. As much as they love your little ones, this will be an adult only event. Please make arrangements to obtain a sitter in advance. Adults only party: 18 and older.

RSVPs are due no later than June 8, 2024. Please note that you MUST RSVP online through the website. Word of mouth RSVPs are not acceptable and will not be counted as the final list. If you have difficulty navigating the online RSVP system please contact the wedding coordinator at 414-915-1792 for assistance. Under no circumstances will additional RSVPs be counted/accepted after June 8th, 2024.Please prioritize formally accepting or declining the RSVP. If you do not respond to the RSVP by June 8th, 2024, we will respectfully assume that you have declined your invite and your name will not be included in the final guest list. The wedding and reception will be held indoors. The ceremony and reception are at two different locations 3 minutes driving distance from one another

Please be sure you have secured your reservation. You may go straight to the reception venue. However, doors are not scheduled to open until approximately 5-5:30pm.

There will be a buffet style dinner served. Please note this is an evening event and there will be a cocktail reception prior to dinner being served.

Buffet-style dinner includes two meats: sliced brisket and barbecue chicken and three delectable sides: creamy mac & cheese, flavorful green beans, and savory baked beans. The meal will be complemented by a fresh salad and bread. Options to drink are lemonade, sweat or unsweet tea and water.

Yes, we will be providing a cash bar for our guests to enjoy during the reception. Each guest will receive 1 complementary drink ticket for the bar. We want everyone to have a fantastic time celebrating with us. We will have a variety of drink options for you to choose from as we understand that guest's preferences may vary. Cash is the only acceptable method of payment.

Jerrett and Torchia certainty welcome all gifts/blessings on their special day. You may find their honeymoon fund under the registry tab of this website. There will be a card box available on site. If you're human and forget either of these options, Torchia and Jerrett will have their digital giving options posted.

Adulting is hard and Jerrett and Torchia fully understand if something comes up and you can no longer attend the wedding. They promise to still love you and not take it personally. If you for whatever reason can no longer make the event, Jerrett and Torchia ask that you IMMEDIATELY notify them so that they can make necessary adjustments regarding costs and finances.

The reception will end no later than 11:30pm. You are welcome to have a night out downtown Bowling Green or have your own afterparty in your own room.
