There is parking available at the venue. There will be golf carts available to assist individuals with handicaps or limited mobility issues.

We love your children but unless specified on your invitation, enjoy a night off!

We have planned for an outdoor, uncovered ceremony, cocktail hour and dancing. Dinner will take place in a covered tent. In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place under a covered terrace. Dinner, dancing and cocktail hour will take place in the covered tent.

There will be transportation provided from The Fairfield Inn and Suites to the venue. Those staying at the Holiday Inn can take a quick walk to the Fairfield to meet the transportation. If you plan to take the transportation, please be ready to board at 3:30pm. The transportation will leave at 3:50pm sharp! There is no transportation provided after it leaves. Due to limited Uber/Lyft access in the area after the reception, we will also provide transportation to take all guests back to the Fairfield Inn and Suites. The transportation will arrive at 10:00pm and leave no later than 10:15pm.

Please wear cocktail and/or semi-formal attire. Please no jeans.
