Formal - We ask that men wear a nice suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi cocktail dress.

Please arrive with plenty of time before the ceremony. You can arrive as early as 3pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony to allow plenty of time to park and find your seat.

One month before the wedding so September 19th

You can RSVP online through our wedding website, or you can RSVP with the card that you will receive with you invitation.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be outdoors.

This will be stated on your invitation.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. However, please feel free to take pictures at any other point during the cocktail hour and reception.

Enter through the main gate on Firerock Country Club Dr to get into FireRock. Then keep going straight and it will be on your right. (DO NOT turn right on to Palisades. Keep going down the hill.- Apple Maps is wrong. Charlie is correct.)

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at our venue.

We did not reserve any hotel, however, we did list a few great hotels under the "Travel" tab in both Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. Scottsdale is about a 25 minute drive to our venue but it has a lot to do. So really you can stay in either place.

Yes, we will have a cocktail hour after our ceremony ends and before our reception begins.

For the reception dinner it will be buffet style. We will have an autumn salad, a filet mignon carving station, chicken piccata, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and mac & cheese. We will also have sheet cake served to the tables after dinner as well as a dessert board with various desserts.

Please inform Charlie or Jess. Otherwise there will be plenty of options for everyone.

Our wedding reception will end at 10pm.
