We've flown to Mexico twice to visit over 18 properties in Puerto Vallarta and did our very best to find accommodation that would provide the most value and would be most accessible for all on this very special weekend.

We've ultimately decided that the most important thing for us is to spend the most amount of time with the people we love, so we've landed on Hotel Playa Fiesta as our home for the weekend.

Hotel Playa Fiesta is a small boutique hotel that sits right on the beach, so it will be a space private to our group only. Think of it as one big awesome Airbnb/Villa that has an amazing staff and is all inclusive!

We highly encourage everyone to reserve their rooms as soon as your receive your invitation. Please note that you will NOT have to pay for anything until you check out on Sunday March 22, 2026. Your credit card will serve as a hold for your room and will notify the venue of your rsvp.

So there are no surprises, the grand total for 2 people for 4 nights stay (including 16% sales tax, 5% Hotel tax, and 10% Service charge) will $2019.68. That is $1009.84 per person or $201.97 per day per person.

*Please note if you are booking for 1 person, you will still be charged for two. Please reach out to us if you are a single person and we can sort you in a room with others you know.

We are of course covering the wedding reception and post wedding day brunch, so please know that is not included in any part of your fee.

Massage:

There is a scheduled massage day during your week. Our outside provider requires a $25 service charge for a 30 minute massage. Only the massages given will be added to your bill. Such fee does not constitute a tip, and the recipient should tip the masseuse as he/she deems appropriate

Early Check In:

If you wish to come in a day earlier, there is availability for anyone who wishes to arrive a day earlier on Tuesday.

The venue does offer taxi service to/from the airport. Please let us know if you need any assistance with this ahead of time.

Overflow:

Costa Sur is our preferred overflow hotel just down the road from Playa Fiesta. Offsite guests will book the same package as your onsite guests at a 10% nightly discount. If needing to stay at overflow, the package will include accommodations, National Open Bar and breakfast at Costa Sur as well as all the same food, beverage, entertainment and amenities included for when the Costa Sur guests come over to Playa Fiesta each day.

Venue notes:

- Daily Breakfast is served from 8am - 10am

- The pool area is open from 8a-11p; however, the pool closes for swimming at 7p each day.

- Dinners each night will begin at 7pm

- The rehearsal walkthrough will take place the day before the wedding starting at 1pm.

-Hair & makeup trials will take place the day before the wedding at 9:30a.
