When should we arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30PM so please plan to arrive by 1:45PM. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held in a wooded area on the venue property. Please plan accordingly for walking through the woods/grassy areas. The staff will be providing transportation to the ceremony area for those who are unable to walk. Therefore, please plan to arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow time for parking, walking and seating!
Will there be parking on site?
Yes. Parking for the event will be directly on site. The staff for the venue be assisting our guests.
Will the wedding ceremony be outdoors?
Yes. Please plan to be spending time outdoors. If the weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Tents with heaters will be provided if the weather is undesirable. The reception will be held in the barn with outdoor fire pits.
Will transportation be provided?
Regretfully, we are unable to provide transportation to and from the wedding venue. We recommend arranging your own transportation in advance to ensure a smooth and safe traveling.
What is the Dresscode?
Semi-formal attire:
Women: Cocktail, midi or maxi dresses, or a dressy jumpsuit/pantsuit.
Men: Suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt; tie optional.
When do we need to RSVP?
Please RSVP no later than September 13th, 2025 so we can plan accordingly!
There will be a QR code on the back of our invitations to scan using your mobile phone, or our wedding website will also be provided so you can type into any browser! The QR code and website link will bring you directly
to our homepage. Look for and click/tap the white RSVP button!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we simply can't afford for all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. If you are given a plus one, it will be stated and addressed when you RSVP.
Are children allowed?
With love, we are limiting our guest list to adults and only children of immediate family. Formal invitations will be specific to invited children.
Will there be alcoholic beverages?
Yes! An open bar will be provided! 🍹🍺
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We are aiming for an entirely "unplugged ceremony." We kindly ask that you put your phones away during the ceremony and leave the special capturing of our day to our very talented photographer and videographer.
Dinner
We are having Mission BBQ cater for our day! We will be providing for you:
Meats: Pulled pork, Pulled chicken and Chopped Brisket
Sauces: Smokey mountain, KC classic, Texas twang and Baja bold
Sides: Mac-n-cheese, Baked beans w/ brisket and Sweet potato with honey cinnamon butter
Bakery: Slider rolls and Corn bread
