The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception will all be held at Granby Ranch. The ceremony will be held on top of Granby Mountain where guests will be required to take a short chairlift ride to the top. With that in mind, wear appropriate shoes that won’t fall off the chair lift with your feet dangling, and be prepared to bring a jacket as October weather could bring colder temperatures/ wind/ rain/ and maybe snow :) The Cocktail hour will be held outside at the base of mountain at the lodge and then the reception will be moved indoors. There is a liability waiver that each guest will need to sign prior to the wedding to ride the chairlift. Please see travel and lodging for the waiver link.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your save the date & wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name, when you RSVP.

We hope you will understand our decision to make our wedding kiddo free! We hope you take this opportunity to let loose and celebrate with us.

Cocktail attire, but keep in mind you’ll be in the mountains in the fall. Come prepared with a layer to keep warm when the sun goes down and footwear that can accommodate grass, uneven ground, and not dropping your shoes off the chairlift as your feet are dangling! :)

Please arrive by 2:00 PM MST. This will allow for time to take the 7 minute chairlift ride to the top. As a reminder, please complete the chairlift form under the Travel & Lodging section prior to your arrival.

You are more than welcome to leave your car overnight at the Ranch and take the late night shuttle for a safe ride home. We want to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves and not have to worry about driving back to their lodge and airbnb.
