Below is information regarding the school bus schedule. If you marked "yes" on your RSVP for the bus please see the schedule below: Bus 1: Leaving Holiday Inn at 4:20 pm. Bus 2: Leaving Holiday Inn at 4:25 pm. Bus 1 & 2 will leave Tyler Arboretum at 10:15 pm

We plan to have 2 school buses from the Holiday Inn and Suites: Drexel Hill and the venue before and after the wedding. Uber/Lyft are also both available in the area, and there is free parking at the venue if you are driving yourself. Stay tuned for more information on the shuttle schedule!

Please RSVP by April 29th, 2025 by using the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend. If you cannot attend the wedding, please let us know by marking "not attending".

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invite. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal/garden party/cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors in the grass. Tyler Arboretum is beautiful and expansive, so if you plan to explore the grounds during the reception, we recommend comfortable shoes (ex: flats, wedges, chunky heels). Dinner will be held in the outdoor tent and dancing will be held in an indoor air conditioned barn.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. so we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

While we would love to see your kids, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (the only exception being our nephew in our bridal party). We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!

Yes, the bar will be available at the start of cocktail hour until the end of the reception. We will have non-alcoholic refreshments available during the outdoor ceremony.

Tyler Arboretum has told us there are about 70-80 parking spots available. You can leave your car overnight until noon the day after the wedding.

We do not have a formal welcome or after party scheduled. The hotel restaurant/bar is open until 11 pm on Saturday. There is also a brewery less than a 3 minute drive from the hotel that is open until midnight Saturday and 11 pm Sunday. The town of Media is a 15 minute drive from the hotel and offers many restaurants/bars to meet up and hangout with friends/family too. We would love to try and meet up with out of town guests on Friday or Saturday evening!
