We chose to have the ceremony in a small white chapel at Shalom for several reasons. There is very limited capacity inside of the chapel. Plus, we wanted a very small and personal ceremony experience. The reception will be held near the chapel where we will be married. Guests are encouraged to go inside and look around if they want to.

Dress casually and for the weather. May is springtime in KS so you never know what the weather will be like. Make sure you come prepared for the weather. The reception will be mostly outdoors and there will be plenty of outdoor activities and games to play, so keep mobility in mind. The theme is Spring wildflowers if you would like to match that.

Yes, dinner and desserts will be provided during the reception.

No, we will not be providing alcohol and there will be no bar. Adults 21 and older can bring their own alcohol if they choose, but we ask that you keep it to a minimum, don't share it with minors, and do not become disorderly or drive under the influence.
