We ask that you wear cocktail attire. Dress pants, khakis, polo, button-ups, short or long dresses for women. Jeans, baseball hats, and sneakers are strictly prohibited. The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm so it is recommended to get there around 3:45 pm. If you are staying at hotel, please try to arrive before 3pm for check in prior to the ceremony!

July 10th is the RSVP due date. If you haven’t responded by then, we will try to contact you one time. If you don’t respond by July 15th, we will assume you are not coming and therefore you will not have food or a seat.

This is weather-dependent. We will most likely be outside in the grass so dress accordingly. Unless there is rain, then we will be inside.

There is parking just a few feet from the ceremony and reception space. If you are staying at the hotel please park in the further lot (second left off Olive Rd) and walk from hotel room.

Yes! The dance floor is just more fun with kids! Please let us know when you do your RSVP because we have kid's meals available and just need to let our chef know how many to prepare! We understand if you need a parents night out of fun though!

Unless specifically stated on your invitation that you have a plus one, there are no additional guests. We apologize if this is inconvenient but we have limitations to our venue. There is an after-party from 10pm-12am and if you want to bring the guest, please message me at 314-640-9130 and we may be able to have them at the after party.

Yes. There will be open bar service from cocktail hour to reception to after party (4:30pm to 12 am).

The invite you received is for both the ceremony and the reception. Please make sure to attend both unless you absolutely cannot make the ceremony.

Absolutely! The hotel block is for the whole weekend so if it’s more convenient please stay all weekend! Breakfast is included so we will have group breakfast at 8-9:30am! The only private event is rehearsal dinner the Friday before. There is lot of great restaurants just 15 minutes away in Herman while we are rehearsing!

Everyone! It will move into the Town Hall which is a few steps away from the main event space! Kids are welcome at the after-party, but just a heads-up—there will be loud music, dancing, and some lyrics that aren’t exactly PG. Parents, use your discretion!
