It is an 85 person maximum boat, so we had to shut off the event on our website after 85 people already completed their RSVPs)

There will be a shuttle service provided to pick guests up to attend our mountain ceremony and drop them off after the reception ends. It is a school bus transportation vehicle and can seat up to 45 people at a time.



Please follow the timeline per YOUR hotel listed below.



If you do not intend to use our shuttle, please arrive at the mountain by 2:45pm at the latest to account for the chairlift ride and any unforeseen delays.



Please arrive in your hotel lobby 10 mins before your desired shuttle pick up time. We will only have 2 pick up times available, please be punctual.



1:45 pick up at “Bluebird Sunapee”


1:55pm pick up at “Mountain Edge Resort”




2:20pm pick up at “Bluebird Sunapee”


2:30 pick up at “Mountain Edge Resort”

3:30 Summit Ceremony followed immediately with cocktail hour and the start of the reception until 10pm.



10:00pm wedding reception guest pick up will begin, and will continue to make trips from the mountain-hotels until 11pm.



We have a smaller shuttle providing rides back to the hotels during the reception if guests decide to leave the reception before 10pm. 
The larger shuttle will start returning guests AT 10pm.
