We have blocked rooms at a discounted price at two hotels in Olds. The Pomeroy and the Ramada. All are standard rooms but have availability for upgrades! Reference is "Rehn Wedding." Rooms will be held until August 5 2025 and have a 24 hour cancellation policy!

There is Onsite parking to the West of the barn on designated grass. Please note that parking is limited and tight so please be courteous to other vehicles and park in an orderly fashion or carpool! Please only park in these areas as we will be charged for damages incurred to grass outside these areas. Please note if you leave your vehicle at the venue it will need to be picked up by 11 AM Sunday morning.

Only the guests listed on the RSVP are invited to the wedding. If you have any questions please reach out to us directly.

Our ceremony will start at 3 PM. Guests can start arriving at 2:30 PM. Cocktail hour will start at 4 PM which will give you a half hour if you would like to go back and check into the hotel and get back to the venue for cocktail hour!

Dinner is at 6:30 PM. We will ask guests to start finding their tables at 6 PM. The grand entrance will be at 6:15pm.

We've lived together quite a while, we don't really need anything new; But if a gift is your intention, We thought that we should mention: We'd love some pennies to put together To save for something that we will treasure; And just remember, what means the most, is that you're with us to raise a toast!

We have arranged for Olds Cabs service to be available for calls and have enough taxi's to accommodate guests. There is also "keys please" available to get you and your vehicle back to the hotel. We ask that you help keep this day as happy and memorable as possible, please do not DRINK AND DRIVE

Smoking is only permitted at the fire pit designated area. Please ensure you dispose of your cigarette butts in the designated areas as we will be charged for any clean up of the smoking area.
