We recommend staying at the Sandstone Hollow Inn at Turning Stone Resort (book through the Turning Stone website(https://www.turningstone.com)). The resort does not offer hotel blocks, so we recommend booking early to guarantee you get a room. The resort has a number of other hotel options, with “The Inn at Turning Stone,” being the most affordable alternative option (note: "The Inn" does not have an elevator). Both "The Inn" and Sandstone Hollow Inn are about a mile from the resort and offer a 24/7 shuttle service between the resort and hotels. There is also a nearby Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn as alternatives near the resort. We plan to provide transportation from the Turning Stone Resort to the venue and back on wedding day, so plan accordingly if you would like to take advantage (there is an open bar...). We also plan to use the Turning Stone resort/casino as a place to spend time with family and friends Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Lastly, Vernon Downs casino & hotel is a reasonably priced option only 2 miles from the venue.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour is planned to take place outdoors behind our reception venue, weather permitting. In the case of rain, the events will be moved indoors. After the ceremony and cocktail hour we will move inside for the reception.

We are providing wedding day transportation from the Sandstone Hollow Inn to the venue, Hayloft on the arch, and back after the event. You can also feel free to drive and utilize the parking lot on site if you choose. There will be an open bar available. More information on bus pickup time to come. ~3:00 to 3:15.

The buses will arrive at Sandstone Hollow Inn around 3PM and leave promptly at 3:15 PM. After the wedding, the buses will first go to Turning Stone Resort and Casino and drop off those going to the afterparty, then return back to Sandstone Hollow Inn. For those who wish to use the free shuttle service between Turning Stone and any of its associated hotels (Sandstone Hollow or The Inn), shuttles run free of charge 24/7 (Call 800.771.7711, choose 0 for operator and ask for shuttle services). This works for both getting to the casino from your hotel and returning to hotel from the casino.
