How do I RSVP, and when is the deadline to RSVP?

The deadline to RSVP was March 31st. If you need to make any adjustments to your RSVP, please contact Jessica or Jason as soon as possible.

What is the Welcome Party?

To show our appreciation for your travels to Pensacola, all guests are invited to the Welcome Party. It will be held at Gary's Brewery & Biergarten, which is located at 208 Newman Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32507. Formally from 6-9 pm, Central Standard Time, on Friday, May 29th, the Welcome Party is a drop-in event, so guests are not expected to arrive promptly or stay the full duration. The Welcome Party will be located outdoors, so feel free to wear comfortable, casual clothes. Children are welcome at the brewery, and a food truck will provide dinner. A parking map for the brewery can be found here: https://www.garysbrewery.com/location. Find us in the pergola behind the main brewery building/adjoining pavilion.

When and where are the wedding ceremony and reception?

Both the ceremony and reception are at 10315 Gulf Beach Highway, Pensacola, Florida 32507. If you use Apple Maps, please note that the address will be listed as 10315 CR-292A. The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30 in the afternoon, Central Standard Time, and the reception will follow shortly afterwards. Please allow at least 15 minutes to have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat. The reception is anticipated to end by 10 in the evening.

What should I wear to the wedding?

We recommend comfortable, beach-friendly attire that will keep you cool on a summer afternoon in Florida. The wedding will be relaxed and semi-casual, and there are no limitations on colors or styles. We might suggest a sundress or jumpsuit for women, or a polo shirt or short sleeved button down with khaki pants for men. Feel free to leave your high heels at home in exchange for shoes that are easy to walk in the sand.

Where should I park for the wedding?

Unfortunately, there is limited parking on site, so all guests must park at Pensacola Big Game Fishing Club Center for Billfish Conservation and Education Facility's parking lot. The parking lot is 700 feet away from the venue, and it can be found at 10413 CR-292A. Please do not park under the building or on the grass. Once parked, there is a sidewalk along the road that will bring you to the wedding venue after a 3 minute walk. All cars must be removed from the parking lot by 8 am on Sunday, May 31st.

How accessible is the venue to those with limited mobility?

The wedding ceremony will be located on a beach that is accessed from stairs off of a pier. Guests with limited mobility are welcome to sit on the pier during the ceremony. The reception will be held on a grassy field, and restrooms can be accessed via elevator.

Will there be food that accommodates my dietary restrictions? Will there be a kid's menu?

The caterer for the wedding reception will make individual meals for people with dietary restrictions, and they are very mindful of cross-contamination. In addition to choosing any items of their preference from the buffet, children will also have access to chicken tenders. The food truck at the Welcome Party is not easily able to accommodate for dietary restrictions. Burgers, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, chicken tenders, hot dogs, and fries will be available to order, which may not be suitable for vegetarians and guests with severe gluten allergies.

Where should I spend the night?

Although the address is technically in Pensacola, the wedding venue is about 25 minutes away from downtown Pensacola and 45 minutes away from Pensacola Beach. However, the venue is only about 10 minutes from the heart of Perdido Key, so we would recommend staying closer to Perdido Key side of the city. Cottages on the Green and Purple Parrot Village Resort are the only two accommodations within 10 minutes of the venue. There are also several nearby condos available to rent on Airbnb, VRBO, etc., but many must be rented for at least one week. For more suggestions, several hotels near the venue have been listed under the "Travel" tab for your convenience.

Do you have a registry? Where should we bring/send our gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we can ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can find our registry on this website under the "Registry" tab, and gifts can be ordered directly from that page. We request that any gifts are sent to 4462 Glenoaks Court, Warren, MI 48092. Cards and gifts may also be brought directly to the wedding.
