The Venues Rules and Restrictions

Kualoa Ranch is a 4000 acre ranch that is family owned and operated. It is known to be a sanctuary to the Hawaiians due to the fact many Kings and Queens are buried within the mountains therefore rules are implemented to all guests;



*Vehicles and Mobile Vendors are NOT allowed on the lawn areas. No exceptions given.

*No blocking of the driveways/roads and no overnight parking is allowed by any vendors or clients. Any vehicle illegally parked or left may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

*No grilling or cooking is allowed under any existing structure. Proper charcoal and oil disposal is required.

*No open fires, firecrackers, fireworks, sparklers, sky lanterns or any other burning objects are allowed. Tiki torches are allowed. Candles may be used but must be placed in a jar or container.

*Ice is not allowed to be dumped on any lawns or surrounding plants, trees, etc.

*Cutting or picking of flowers or plants from our property is strictly prohibited.

*No nails, staples or thumbtacks are allowed to be secured to any part of the property – including to any of the trees. Zip ties are allowed to be used and must be removed at the end of your event.

*No fighting or threatening is allowed at any Kualoa Ranch Hawaii, Inc. events. In the event there is a fight, assault, or threat made on Kualoa Ranch Hawaii, Inc. property, we reserve the right to end your event earlier than the time specified on your contract.

*No confetti (even if bio-degradable) or raw rice may be used on property.

*No releasing of helium balloons, butterflies, and birds may be done on property.

*No tattooing anywhere at the venue

*No drones are allowed on property without authorization from the Wedding Sales Manager.


If anyone disrespects the rules and/or jeopardizes our day, they will be asked to leave the venue and find their own means of transportation back to their hotel.
