The ceremony will be held outside so please bring jackets incase. Blankets will be provided depending on the weather. Cocktail hour and reception will both be held indoors.

We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our ceremony and reception will take place in the hotel where we reserved our room block and where most guests will be staying, so no additional transport will be required for our nuptials. Ubers will be available for transportation for those not staying on premise. In the “Travel” tab, you will find multiple near by hotels to stay at if The Reeds books up. The other hotels that have been provided are all 1 mile away.

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate. Bridesmaids will be in emerald green and groomsmen will be in black so just keep that in mind.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space.

There will be complimentary valet parking for guests staying at The Reeds. If you are not staying at the hotel, there is a free parking lot across the street parallel from the Spa hotel.
