When is the Wedding?
The Big Day is on Friday, October 2, 2026
Guest should start to arrive at 4:30pm, with a ceremony start time at 5pm
What Should I wear
We will be saying our vows outdoors weather permitting, so think, elevated, comfortable and fall-inspired! Cocktail or semi-formal is welcomed- dresses, jumpsuits, dressy separates, button-downs and slacks would be perfect!
We'll be dressed up, but we want you to feel comfortable and confident, especially in dancing the night away with us!
*Attire in deep, moody autumn tones will beautifully complement our setting- deep green, burgundy, rust, purple, black
*Heels are welcome, but flats or wedges may be more comfortable on the grass for the ceremony.
*Kansas Weather can be unpredictable- Bring a light layer just in case
Is there parking available?
Yes, The Venue at Willow Creek has free on-site parking. We want everyone to enjoy the night, but with everyone's safety in mind- cars can be left overnight and need to be removed from the property between 10am-12pm on Saturday.
For Guests staying at our Margaritaville and Comfort Suite room blocks there will be a shuttle to transport you to and from the venue. Please see accommodation tab for more information.
