Justin and Jess met in Washington, DC during March of 2022. Justin had just moved to the city in February. The way they met is nothing unique, it was the dating app, Hinge! However, the stars were aligned and it was clearly meant to be.

Their first date was at a dive bar, and they had such a good time, they decided to get some food and keep it going. After eating quesadillas in Dupont Circle, they decided they'd like to see each other again. The second date was trivia night, and the third was out to dinner in Old Town Alexandria. By the 4th date, Justin confessed his feelings to Jess, and the rest was history.

Quickly turning from best friends into lovers, Justin and Jess started building their lives together. In early 2023, they moved into their shared apartment in Washington, DC with cats Lincoln and Lennon. They got engaged in July of 2024, on a beach trip in Cape May with friends. They're so excited to get married in October of 2025 with all of their friends and family there!
