Please visit our travel page to book a room at one of our two hotel options. We have a block at the Residence Inn for a special rate. We also have a 15% discount at another hotel right down the road, the Hampton Inn and Suites.

The cottages on site only sleep about 25-30 people total. Because of this, we have decided the wedding party and our immediate family will be staying in these. If you don't hear from us directly about the cottages, please plan on staying in one of the the hotels.

If you'd like to fly, we recommend the Richmond, VA airport, which is closest to the venue. However, you can also fly into DCA or IAD and drive a rental car from there. Many of you live driving distance from Richmond, so you're welcome to do that as well. The venue has plenty of parking!

We would love to have you for the Welcome Party on Saturday night the 18th, but arriving on Sunday the 19th is fine too. Up to you!

To us, "cocktail attire" means you can dress as fancy as you'd like, but at the very least women should wear a cocktail dress. For men, a suit or dress pants with a blazer and tie is perfect. Think polished, stylish, and celebration-ready!

On Sunday - yes! There will be a shuttle between the venue and hotel block. Check our travel page for more info. For the Saturday welcome party, we didn't arrange transportation due to the amount of guests that indicated they'll have their car or a rental car. Please carpool for the welcome party and reach out if you're having issues!
