STEPS TO BOOK:

Visit hotel link below, enter desired date between 9/18/24-9/20/24, click on the box that say's "Special Rates" this will open a window with options. In the box that says "Group Code" enter code SDW then click "Check Rooms and Rates". Select desired room type and complete the steps as indicated to add guest name, credit card, etc.

You can call the day before for early check in or you will have to check in at the end of the night when you return to hotel.

3:00 - 4:00PM: Pick up at Hampton Inn and transport guests to venue for ceremony start time. Please be sure to arrive on time.

9:30 - 1:00AM: Transports unlimited during this time; to and from the hotel and venue.
