The ceremony starts at 4pm.

The ceremony will be outdoors but in the shade and with fans, unless there is extreme weather, in which case we will move inside. As it is the middle of the summer in August, please expect hot weather (but double check the weather forecast) and dress for the occasion.

Yes, we will provide an open bar with a variety of options, so please do not bring any outside alcohol onto the premise. Please remember to bring some cash to tip the bartenders.

A barbecue dinner will be provided in buffet style after the ceremony.

Yes, you can. Please note that you will need to pick up your car by 10am the following morning.

We are planning for the shuttle to be running to and from the venue from 2:30pm to 9:30pm. The shuttle can hold 30 people per ride and it is a 25 minute ride between the venue and the hotel block. Please note that everyone must leave the venue prior to 11pm.
