Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is outside with an indoor reception.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes! Room block is at The Embassy by Hilton Rockford Riverfront. Hotel block details are located under "Travel" for more information.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Yes! Shuttle to and from the venue is included with the hotel block.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Formal wear.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Please refer to your invitations.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! If you have any dietary restrictions please let Josh or I know beforehand. Vegan options will also be included for meal choice.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 206 N 9th St, St. Charles, Il 60174. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you are able to take a seat before we get started.
