Are Kids Invited?

Yes! Juliet will be there and would love to play with the other kiddos. We are hoping for a dance party with the kids and will have kid activities. In addition child care will be provided.

There will be two locations.

The Ceremony will be at the Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church, and the reception will be at Opa's Garden (6064 Kalmia Drive).

So are you feeding us or what?

We will have food and drinks for the guests at the reception.

But what do I wear?

This will be a formal event, suit jackets encouraged, and we do love color, so wear those colorful suits if you have them. Our wedding colors are emerald green and gold, but guests are encouraged to wear the colors of the many peonies that will be in the garden.

Transportation

Please Uber or drive yourself to the Wedding Ceremony. Transportation will be provided to the reception venue following the details below.

As parking is extremely limited at Opa’s Garden, we ask our guests to Uber or drive to Benny Benson School parking lot (directly across from the Botanical Gardens) at 4515 Campbell Airstrip Road. From there, shuttle transport (2 buses) will take you up to Opa’s Garden at 6064 Kalmia Drive from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. If you need extra accommodations and need to drive to the reception venue, please park on the road or at the nearby hiking trail parking lot. Please reserve this space for handicap and car seat vehicles. The
Reception, with hors devours and drinks, will start shortly after 5:30pm. It is approximately a 10-minute shuttle ride. Festivities start shortly after, around 6:15 pm.
At the end of the evening, we will have one bus shuttling guests down the mountain back to the parking lot from 9 pm to 12 am (midnight).
