We have a room block reserved at the Concourse. There are lots of other hotel options in the surrounding area if the room block is full. See Travel page for more details. If you would like to stay at the Edgewater, we recommend booking as soon as possible as room availability is limited.

You may be able to arrange an early check in time with your hotel by calling them. We are also planning on having a longer cocktail hour to allow guests time to check into their rooms if necessary. There is parking on site at the Edgewater if you would like to keep your luggage in the car until cocktail hour. Your hotel may also be able to store luggage behind the desk.

We suggest formal or semi-formal attire for our wedding. Think suit, midi to floor length gowns, or formal cocktail dresses.
