Ceremony 3:30PM - 4:20PM The actual ceremony will begin at 4PM, however, we highly encourage all guests to arrive at the parking lot at 3:30PM to allow for proper time to walk to the ceremony site and get in place.

Family Photos 4:20-4:40PMDuring this time, all family members will have their photos taken with Jessie and Dylan.

Bridal Party Photos 4:40PM-5PMDuring this time, the bridal party will have their photos taken.

Couple Photos 5-6PMDuring this time, Jessie and Dylan will have their photos taken at a nearby location. At 5PM, family members and guests will be dismissed to travel to the reception location which is approximately a 40 min drive from the ceremony location.

Appetizers 6-7PMAppetizers will be served while Jessie and Dylan finish photos and travel to the reception location.

Reception 7-10PMJessie and Dylan will arrive around 7PM at the reception location and the party will begin!!

Day of Timeline

To get to the wedding tree: Drive to Kelly. Continue north on the Gros Ventre Road from Kelly. Less than one mile north of Kelly, turn right to continue on Gros Ventre Road. The road climbs for a couple of miles. Pass the Gros Ventre River Ranch, but before you get to Slide Lake, there is a pull-out on the south (right) side of the road. From here, it’s a 5-minute walk. We will have a sign at the main parking lot and at the trail entrance. Parking is only permitted in designated parking areas, please use overflow parking areas and carpool from there if possible. There are only 6 cars permitted in the Wedding Tree Parking area, please leave 2 spaces for the Bride and Groom to park in.

Victor, Idaho is about a 35-40 minute drive from Jackson! Airbnbs in this area are probably our number 1 recommendation for accommodations!

This is a great, nearby option for those who intend to camp, bring RVs or would like to stay in an on or off grid cabin! They have quite a few great options including deluxe cabins for larger parties!
