Your presence on our special day is truly all we could ask for. However, if you would like to contribute in any way, a gift of any kind would be greatly appreciated. If you’re considering a gift, we would be thankful for any contribution towards our honeymoon fund.

This is an indoor/outdoor event. There is a reception hall and an outdoor area with grass and picnic tables. The ceremony is in a forested area and the camping is in a large grass feild.

There will be a toonie bar with various liquor, cider and beer options. Since there is camping on site, there is an opportunity to BYOB if you are staying at the venue, but we do encourage you to bring your cash for the bar.

Our caterer is Kristoff Taylor, the "Taco Papi", from Nanaimo. There will be four taco options, beef, chicken, pork, and veggie (the veggie is actually the best!). I encourage you to try them all. Taco Papi is a great option for us becuase it caters to all dietary restrictions. There will also be sides, such as rice and beans. There will also be a salsa bar with homemade tortilla chips. We will have a popcorn machine and a candy bar. We are also hoping to provide a small breakfast on Sunday morning for those staying at the venue. We hope you enjoy.

The dress code is semi-formal. Please note, some of the venue terrain is uneven, so please be aware of that when choosing footware. The wedding will be in the summer time and it could be very hot, so we would encourage you dress for the weather. Overall, we want it a little dressy but also everyone to be comfortable. This wedding will be non-traditional. We are going it can be a relaxed time that we can enjoy with our closest friends and family. A good time with good food, music, and fun!

The ceremony starts at 2pm. Please arrive early.

Oceanside Taxi (250) 954-8294 OR A local Designated Driver. It is possible we could arrange a ride from a local friend who can be a DD, but this would be a last minute option.

Yes! The venue will be open most of the day for those who are setting up a tent or trailer. The venue will be open from 10 AM Saturday to 2 PM Sunday.
