Q + A

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP directly on this website. From the "Home" page, you will see a small black box underneath the date/location that says "RSVP". Click that and answer the questions. We'll be sending out reminders as the day nears.

Can I bring a plus one if my invitation doesn't say?

As much as we'd love to say an immediate "yes", the ceremony chapel and courtyard capacity is limited and our party is large. The reception dinner is planned for guests and their plus ones, and we aren't able to accommodate extra guests at this time. They are more than welcome to celebrate with us into the evening, The hotel cash bar will be running until 11pm and open to the public. Come dance! Please check with us as the day gets closer for rsvp updates. xoxo

What time should I arrive at your wedding?

It’s early folks! The ceremony begins at 11am. Please arrive around 10:30 to park and get settled in the chapel. It is 2.1 miles from the downtown plaza, across the street from St. John's College. Plenty of parking. We will be at the El Rey Court for the reception beginning at 4pm. If you booked a room and would like an early check-in, please call their front desk. There might be a small surcharge. We have allotted the afternoon between 1-4 pm for strolling, sightseeing, siestas, and party-prep. So excited to see you all!

Notes on parking

Guests staying at the hotel have priority parking and wedding guests will park on the hotel grounds in available parking spots and nearby side streets. Contact us for questions.

What Should I Wear?

We hope the majority of the wedding is outdoors, but keep in mind, it is the end of October at 7,000 ft. It could be anything from 70 degrees to snowing, so wear whatever makes you feel like a babe. Bring a warm layer and good shoes. *From Kyle, "If you're gonna wear jeans, they better be your Sunday's. I'm talking creased, crispy and clean."

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at El Rey Court. You can find the link on the Home Page to book your room! There are a few great airbnbs near our house as well. Hotels: Sage, Villas De Santa Fe, others.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

No. The ceremony will be held at 11am at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, followed by a brunch toast in their courtyard around 11:30. There will be an afternoon window for friends and family to nap, shop, or explore Santa Fe between 1-4pm. The reception will begin at 4pm at El Rey Court.

What kind of food will be served at the reception?

We will be be serving Iconik's off-menu specialty burgers and a vegetarian option for dinner. Dessert will be simple and fun. There is also a wonderful food truck on the El Rey court grounds called Turquoise Trailer available to purchase snacks and plates from.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! There will be an outside open bar with beer, wine and two batched cocktails while supplies last. Afterward, the fabulous La Reina bartenders will take care of your margarita needs and beyond until 11pm with a cash bar. *Note to hotel wedding guests: Please keep all personal alcohol in your private rooms ONLY.

Are children allowed?

Absolutely!
