From babies on a blanket, to prom, to visiting each other across the country, to Kaileigh's own wedding in 2020 and finally to today. Kaileigh is Jillian's cousin and oldest friend. They are only 6 weeks apart and have been close since the very beginning. We are so excited to have Kaileigh be a part of our special day.

Leigh Ellen and Jillian worked medsurg together at their first duty station - Travis AFB in California. Leigh Ellen became a work and spiritual mentor. When they both ended up in San Antonio only a few months apart Leigh Ellen was kind enough to take Jillian in until she found a place to live. There they became fast friends and have had countless adventures together.

Jamila and Jillian lived next to each other their Freshman year in Rodney Hall C at the University of Delaware. While their dorm no longer stands their friendship has continued. From roommates for the majority of college to keeping up through frequent visits Jamila has been a constant support and a wonderful friend.

Alex's Sister and the one who dubbed Jillian "Jibbs", Macy has been keeping Alex humble since 2000. She's a great tour guide and managed to keep track of both Alex and Jillian at Jungle Jim's - not an easy feat.

From roommates during Basic Training, to roommates at their first PCS. Andrew has been there for Alex’s worst moments (he doesn’t have many good moments) over the past 7 years. Andrew was voted to be the “Most Likely to Sweep You Off Your Feet on the Dance Floor”, so put on your dancing shoes for the wedding! He loves long walks on the beach of Del Rio by the Sea and slipping them surly bonds of Earth on laughter-silvered wings…

When you share a room for 12 years, you start to become close…maybe a little TOO close. Ryan is a fellow wombmate of Alex and helped facilitate Alex’s growth into the dweeb that he is today. Ryan was voted “Most Likely to Hack Your Bank Account and Turn Your Savings into NFTs.” Ryan enjoys wrecking his friends’ Campaigns on Dungeons & Dragons and spending time with his lovely wife and pup.

As Alex’s oldest friend, Jacob has seen perhaps too much. While Alex is older, Jacob has him beat on Height, Weight, Squat, Deadlift, Bench-Press, Devilishly Good Looks, and overall Debonaire Demeaner. He was voted “Most Likely to Help Hide the Body and Never Talk about it Again.” Jacob enjoys hitting the links and watching Alex shoot 65-Above Par (with an 8-stroke max on each hole) and smooth talking the night away with the ladies.

He’s a 62 million-dollar KC-135 Driver. Trent has been known to dominate sporting events ranging from D1 Football (retired) to running ultra marathons…he also had the opportunity to be there to see Alex quit his first ultra. He was voted “Most Likely to Steal Your Heart and Find Out 2 Years-in that He’s a Better Match for Your Mom”. Trent enjoys trying on different toupees and hiking with the lads to parts unknown.

As Jillian’s brother, Graham has been the one who keeps forgetting to warn Alex about what he’s getting himself into. Just kidding…Jillian has to QC these bios! In reality, Graham was voted “Most Likely to Get Confused with Burt Reynolds because of his Mustache.” Graham enjoys playing fetch with his pup and travelling to nice golf courses and shooting WELL below Alex’s current golf record.

​Choosing an officiant was an easy task, we decided to have one of our closest friends, Houston, officiate our ceremony. Houston had the distinct pleasure of being Alex’s roommate in San Antonio when Alex met Jillian. He also had the opportunity to not only reveal basically all of Alex’s embarrassing stories and grill Jillian to see if she was at the caliber to date Alex…all on the first time that Jillian visited the apartment for dinner. Needless to say, Alex was duly embarrassed, and Jillian didn’t run away from the onslaught of the “Hot Seat” of questions. Houston has been a witness to Alex and Jillian’s love story and has helped them walk in their faith. And just because he’s an officiant, doesn’t mean he gets to escape any jokes. Houston was voted Most Likely to “Convince You that Every Choice You’ve Ever Made was Wrong while also Realizing He has also Made those Same Choices.”
