The ceremony and reception will both be held at Grand View.

The ceremony will start at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive starting at 5:00pm.

The reception will take place inside the ballroom.

Cocktail hour will start around 6:00pm.

Please return the RSVP card in your invitation in the self-addressed, stamped envelope. Please make sure to write your name, dinner selection, and any dietary restrictions.

We are registered at Macy’s and Crate and Barrel as well as a honeymoon fund. These all can be accessed by clicking on our registry on our wedding website.

Cocktail Attire

Cocktail wedding attire is a slightly more elevated dress code than semi-formal attire but is less formal than formal wedding attire (also known as black-tie optional). However, there are a few nuances that help differentiate a cocktail attire wedding from a semi-formal wedding. For both dress codes, a suit is preferable for men, while women should opt for a cocktail dress or formal jumpsuit

Yes. We will have staff on hand with a golf cart for those who need assistance getting to the ceremony location and back to the reception.

We will have passed hors d'oeuvres (heavy appetizers) during cocktail hour. Dinner will start at 7pm with First course - Caesar Salad Second course- Summer Ravioli 3rd course- Entree of choice Beef= Filet Mignon Chicken= Statler Chicken Breast stuffed with goat cheese and red peppers Fish= Parmesan Crusted Cod 4th course- Dessert (cupcakes)

Yes we have a block of rooms available for those who need hotel accommodations. Just tell them it’s for the Kiernan-Matheson wedding when you call to book! Please refer to your invitation for hotel information or click on the "Travel" tab next to "Q + A" at the top of our page.

Yes. There is a large parking lot at the venue with plenty of spaces for everyone.

No. It's self-parking and someone will guide you.

Yes. However, please do not take photos during our ceremony. The ceremony will be unplugged and you will be asked to keep cell phones away. You can take pictures once we leave the ceremony space.

Directly after the ceremony will be cocktail hour. There will be the full bar indoors with a satellite bar outdoors. Passed hors d'oeuvres will be available.
