Danaye is my older sister and mother to my precious little niece, Violet! She has taught me many things growing up including how to drink like a Maier, how to bulldoze my way to the front of a mosh pit at a Tragically Hip concert, and how to get into my hand-me-down Ford Escort with a butter knife. Jesse is my older brother. Being the only two Mehler boys, with three older sisters, we've had a strong bond growing up. He holds the Saskatoon Minor Hockey League record for most penalty minutes because anytime I got hit/hooked/slashed, he would be chasing guys across the ice. He may be my best man, but not the better man!

Hayley is my sister-in-law and one of my best friends! She is one of the most generous, funny and caring people I know and would do anything for a friend. I first met Ryan at a pit-party in high school. He did a flip over the bon-fire and broke his wrist. I thought he was the coolest guy in town. He's arguably the funniest guy I know and after a simple conversation with him, I walk away smarter.Although he is the front-man for an amazing band, he always has my back!

Matt is the only other guy who knows what it's like to date a daughter of Les and Sharon. We can talk sports and Christopher Guest movies for hours, sometimes days. Erin and I have been friends since we were 5 years old and have been pretty much inseparable ever since! Erin is incredibly caring and always the life of the party. She lights up a room when she walks in! I'm honoured to have her stand by me in May. I think it is safe to say that Erin knows everything about me. I've always looked up to her, figuratively and literally :)

Mark and I first met while playing hockey as kids. Throughout elementary and high school our friendship only grew stronger. Jill best describes him as a sweetheart, and she's right. Kayla and I have been friends since high school but have become closer and closer as the years go on. Kayla is incredibly generous and has such a big heart! She is always making the people around her laugh even if it is at her own expense. I'm so excited to have her be a part of our special day!Kayla is the best person to party with.
