🌴 When to Arrive:

Plan your escape to Cozumel between Wednesday, February 12th, 2025 and Monday, February 17th, 2025. Choose the travel dates that best suit your schedule and enjoy the beauty of island life.

💵 Deposits:

Plan ahead and budget for an amazing getaway! Depending on when you reserve your room, a deposit is required upon booking, followed by the 2nd payment due September 1st, and the final payment due October 1st. Cancel by December 5th for a full refund.

Your reservation is important to us! Please be aware that room cancellations must be made by Thursday, December 5th, 2024 to avoid charges. After this deadline, refunds are only available with the purchase of travel insurance through Natasha, offering added flexibility for a "per person" fee. The insurance must be purchased within 7 days of booking your hotel reservation and guarantees full refundability up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please reach out to Natasha for more details.

AIRFARE AND TRANSPORTATION

✈️ Airport Arrival:

Touch down in paradise! Choose between Cozumel and Cancun airports for your arrival, but for seamless travel, Cozumel airport is your best bet. Enjoy a shorter commute and dive straight into your island adventure.

FLYING INTO COZUMEL:

🚖 Transportation from Cozumel Airport to Your Hotel:

Upon arrival to Cozumel airport, a brief 15–20-minute taxi ride will transport you directly to your luxurious accommodations. Relax and soak in the island’s beauty as you arrive to your destination in no time.

FLYING INTO CANCUN:

🚖 Transportation from Cancun Airport to Playa Del Carmen:

Should you opt for a Cancun arrival, please keep in mind that traveling from Cancun to Cozumel may consume a lot of time and cost almost as much as flying directly to Cozumel.

If Cancun is your preference, consider pre-booking a private driver from Cancun airport to the ferry through reliable services, such as Canada Transfers, Kalido Travel, or USA-Transfers. Upon arrival, locate your name displayed by your awaiting driver, and embark on a 45-60+ minute ride to the ferry port located downtown Playa Del Carmen.

⛴️ Ferry Ride from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel:

Upon reaching Playa Del Carmen, be prepared for a trek through cobblestone roads, luggage in tow, to reach the ferry port. Ferries depart every hour or more to Cozumel, where you can purchase your round-trip ticket from the designated booth. Set sail across the Caribbean Sea for a 45-60 minute journey. If prone to seasickness, consider taking Dramamine to ensure a comfortable ride. Upon arrival in Cozumel, retrieve your bags with your luggage ticket and locate the taxi stand outside the terminal. A brief 15–20-minute taxi ride will then take you to your beautiful accommodations.

🚕 Getting Around in Cozumel:

Navigating Cozumel is a breeze with local taxis as Uber and Lyft are not available on the island. Taxis, operated by the union, offer fixed prices based on group size and distance traveled. They gladly accept pesos or US dollars.

🚗 Exploring the Island:

Adventure awaits! While car rentals and moped rentals are an option, you’ll find that Cozumel is easily accessible by foot or taxi, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable exploration of all the island has to offer.
