The Annual Philadelphia Holiday Parade typically occurs the first Saturday in December, which is the same day as our wedding. The Parade route travels on Broad Street and will pass around City Hall/Center City. The streets surrounding City Hall will get blocked off starting around 4:00pm and will remain blocked through the end of the parade.

We HIGHLY recommend all of our guests who are driving and parking at either the Wanamaker Building, or who are parking/staying overnight at the Loews Hotel, arrive in Center City no later than 4pm to avoid the road closures. We cannot guarantee you will be able to access the parking garage to the Wanamaker Building OR the Loews Hotel after this time. The wedding ceremony at Saint Philomena Church will be over around 3pm, which will give guests plenty of time to get to Center City before the road closures happen.

Cocktail hour begins at 5:30pm. If you are staying at the Loews Hotel, we recommend using this time to check into your room. If you are not staying overnight, please visit our "Things to Do" page to explore options in Center City that you can do before cocktail hour begins.
