They met while working at Macy's in 2018. One of them had left to travel through Europe and Mexico, while the other stayed behind wondering if she would ever return. To Nick's surprise, Jimena returned a few months later. He knew this could be his last opportunity, as he didn't know if she would be leaving again. After long talks, some palm readings, and food dates, they knew there was something special. Fast forward 2 years later, Nick decided it was time to make the big move. He was certain Jimena was the one. While at the Sanssouci Palace, in Germany, with the help of Jimena's best friend, Nick asked the big question! With no hesitation, Jimena said YES!!!!!
